How do I add a new caregiver record in Bolt?

You can add a new caregiver directly in Bolt without needing to contact Bolt Support. Follow these steps:

1. Log in to Bolt at boltintakeapp.com.

2. Navigate to Caregivers from the main menu.

3. Click Add New Caregiver.

4. Fill in the required caregiver information (e.g., name, phone number, address).

5. Save the record.

Once saved, the new caregiver profile will be created and accessible under the Caregivers section in the HR/ATS module. You can then proceed with onboarding steps, compliance tracking, and other workflow actions for that caregiver.

Note: If you are unable to add a caregiver yourself due to permission restrictions, contact your agency's Admin to verify that your user role has the appropriate access to create caregiver records. If you encounter a technical issue preventing you from adding a caregiver (e.g., a duplicate record conflict or a system error), please reach out to Bolt Support for assistance.
