If you are having trouble logging into the Caregiver Portal (mycgportal.com) — whether you forgot your password, forgot your username, or are unable to log in — follow these steps:

To reset your password:

1. Go to mycgportal.com.

2. Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.

3. Enter the email address associated with your account.

4. Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for a password reset link.

5. Click the link and create a new password.

6. Log in with your new password.

If you forgot your username:

Your username is typically the email address you used when you first registered or applied. If you are unsure which email you used, contact your agency's HR or recruiting team for assistance.

If you are a new applicant trying to create an account:

If you received a link from an agency to begin an application, click that link to set up your account. If you did not receive a link, reach out to the agency you are applying with so they can send you the correct registration or application link.

If you cannot upload documents:

Make sure you are using a supported browser (Google Chrome or Safari are recommended). Try clearing your browser cache, or switch to a different browser. Ensure the files you are uploading are in an accepted format (PDF, JPG, or PNG) and are not too large. If problems persist, contact your agency.

If you cannot access In-Service training:

In-Service training is accessed through the Caregiver Portal. First make sure you can log in successfully. Once logged in, navigate to the In-Service or Training section. If you do not see your training assignments, contact your agency's HR department.
