How do I delete a caregiver record from Bolt HC?
Caregiver record deletion is not available as a self-service action within the Bolt HC platform. To have a caregiver record deleted, you must submit a request to Bolt HC Support.
To request a caregiver record deletion:
1. Navigate to the caregiver's profile in the Caregiver Management section of Bolt HC.
2. Copy the URL of the caregiver's profile page (it will look like: boltintakeapp.com/main/caregiver_management/[ID]).
3. Submit a support request to Bolt HC Support, including the caregiver profile URL and a clear request to delete the record.
4. Bolt Support will process the deletion and confirm once the record has been removed.
Please note:
- Deletion is permanent. Make sure you no longer need the caregiver's record before requesting removal.
- If you need to remove multiple caregiver records, you can include all relevant profile URLs in a single support request.
- Only authorized agency staff (such as Admins, HR Admins, or Recruiters) should submit deletion requests for caregiver records.
Deletions are typically processed promptly, often within the same business day.
Duplicate & Test Records
This also applies if you need to remove duplicate or test caregiver profiles. Follow the same process above — include each profile URL in your support request and note that the records are duplicates or were created for testing purposes.
