How can I hide fields on the intake case form (Add New Case page) that my agency doesn't need?

Fields on the intake case form (the Add New Case page) can be hidden so that only the fields relevant to your agency's workflow are visible. This is a configuration change that is handled by the Bolt HC support team.

To request that specific fields be hidden:

1. Navigate to the Add New Case page in the Intake CRM (https://boltintakeapp.com/main/add_new_case).

2. Take a screenshot of the form and clearly highlight or annotate the specific fields you want hidden.

3. Submit a support request to Bolt HC with the annotated screenshot indicating which fields should be removed from view.

4. The Bolt HC support team will update your agency's configuration to hide the specified fields.

5. Once completed, the hidden fields will no longer appear on your Add New Case form.

This change applies at the agency level, meaning it will affect the Add New Case form for all users within your agency. You can request to hide or unhide fields at any time by contacting Bolt HC support. There is no limit to the number of fields that can be hidden, so feel free to submit requests for individual fields or multiple fields at once.

Note: Hiding a field removes it from the form's visible interface — it does not delete any data previously captured in that field.
