How do I delete a Dynamic File from a caregiver or patient profile?

Currently, Dynamic Files cannot be deleted directly by agency users from caregiver or patient profiles. To have a Dynamic File removed, you must submit a support request to Bolt Healthcare. When submitting your request, include the following details to ensure prompt processing:

1. Navigate to the caregiver or patient profile that contains the Dynamic File(s) you want deleted.

2. Identify the specific Dynamic File(s) to be removed (e.g., by name or reference number).

3. Submit a support ticket with:

- The URL of the profile page (from your browser's address bar)

- A screenshot highlighting the specific Dynamic File(s) to be deleted

- A brief note indicating which file(s) should be removed

Common reasons for requesting Dynamic File deletion include:

- A Dynamic File was uploaded or assigned to the wrong profile

- The Dynamic File does not belong to your agency

- A duplicate Dynamic File was created

Once the support team receives your request, the file(s) will typically be deleted promptly. You will receive confirmation when the deletion is complete.
