Why are certain fields on a caregiver profile not auto-populating, and what should I do?
Occasionally, certain fields on a caregiver profile in the HR/ATS module may fail to auto-populate with expected data. This can occur on the caregiver management page, the edit caregiver page, or when adding a new caregiver. The fields that should be automatically filled in based on previously entered or imported data may appear blank.
This is a known issue that the Bolt HC team resolves on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter fields that are not populating on a caregiver profile, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the affected caregiver profile in Caregiver Management.
2. Identify which specific fields are blank or missing data that should have auto-populated.
3. Take a screenshot showing the affected fields.
4. Submit a support request to Bolt HC, including:
- The URL of the caregiver profile page (from your browser's address bar)
- A screenshot highlighting the fields that are not populating
- A brief description of which fields are affected
The Bolt HC support team will correct the field population issue on your behalf, typically with a quick turnaround. You do not need to manually re-enter the data yourself — wait for support confirmation that the fix has been applied, then refresh the caregiver profile to verify the fields are now populated correctly.
