How do I use the feedback widget in Bolt to submit a support request or bug report?

Bolt includes a built-in feedback widget that allows you to submit support requests, bug reports, or feature suggestions directly from within the platform. Here's how to use it effectively:

1. Locate the feedback widget — Look for the feedback icon, typically found in the bottom corner of any Bolt screen.

2. Provide a clear subject — Enter a descriptive subject line that summarizes your issue or request (e.g., "Unable to save caregiver compliance document").

3. Add details — In the details/description field, explain the issue you're experiencing, including what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected to happen.

4. Enter your name — Provide your name so the support team can identify who submitted the request.

5. Attach a screenshot (optional) — The widget may allow you to annotate and attach a screenshot of the issue, which helps the support team understand the problem faster.

6. Submit — Click the submit button to send your feedback.

Important tips:

- Please do not submit blank or test entries (e.g., entries with just "TEST" or random characters). These submissions go to the support queue and create unnecessary noise.

- The widget automatically captures your current page URL and browser/OS information, so you don't need to include those details manually.

- For urgent or time-sensitive issues, consider reaching out to Bolt support directly in addition to using the feedback widget.

- Make sure your description is detailed enough for the support team to understand and reproduce the issue without needing to follow up for basic information.
