What should I do if Bolt is down, showing a blank/white page, or not loading?

Occasional platform outages or loading issues can occur. If you experience Bolt not loading, displaying a blank white page, or encountering errors, follow these steps:

1. Refresh the page — Press F5 or click the reload button in your browser. Many brief issues are resolved by a simple page refresh.

2. Clear your browser cache — Sometimes cached data can cause loading problems. Clear your cache and cookies, then try accessing Bolt again.

3. Try a different browser — If the issue persists, attempt to log in using a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Firefox) to rule out a browser-specific problem.

4. Check if the issue is widespread — Ask a colleague at your agency to try logging in. If multiple users are affected, it is likely a platform-wide issue that the Bolt team is already aware of and working to resolve.

5. Contact Bolt Support — If the steps above do not resolve the issue, submit a support request. Include a screenshot of what you are seeing (e.g., the blank page or error message) so the support team can diagnose the problem quickly.

When platform-wide outages occur, the Bolt support team is typically already aware and actively working on a resolution. These outages are generally resolved quickly, and you will be notified once the issue is fixed. After receiving confirmation that an outage has been resolved, simply reload the page to regain access.
