1. Prepare your document as a PDF. Bolt's PDF Engine converts standard PDF files into interactive Dynamic Files. Make sure the document is in PDF format before submitting your request.
2. Submit a support request with the following details:
- The PDF file(s) you want added.
- Whether the Dynamic File is for the patient/intake side or the caregiver/HR side.
- Whether the file needs signature fields (e.g., applicant/caregiver signature, counter-signature).
- Whether a shareable link (Create Link) should be enabled for the file.
- Which workflow step/status the Dynamic File should be available or required in (e.g., Step 1, Step 2).
3. Bolt Support will process your request and convert the PDF into an interactive Dynamic File with the requested configuration (fillable fields, signature capability, link generation, and workflow step assignment).
4. You will be notified once the Dynamic File has been added and is ready to use.
