How do I delete referral source types from my agency's database in Bolt?

Currently, referral source types cannot be deleted directly by users through the Bolt interface. To have referral source types removed, you will need to submit a support request to the Bolt HC support team.

To request deletion of referral source types:

1. Navigate to the Referral Source Types page in Bolt by going to Referral Sources → Referral Source Types (URL path: /main/referral_sources?referral_source_types).

2. Identify the specific referral source types you want deleted.

- The state/database the referral source types belong to (if your agency operates in multiple states)
