Why are my workflow inputs displaying as text fields instead of dropdowns in the caregiver workflow?

This is a known rendering issue where inputs that have been configured as dropdown fields in your caregiver workflow may occasionally display as plain text fields instead. This can occur on both the 'Add New Caregiver' page and the 'Edit Caregiver' page, and may appear at various workflow statuses (steps).

If you encounter this issue, here is what to do:

1. Verify the input is indeed configured as a dropdown type in your workflow settings. Navigate to your workflow configuration and confirm the input's field type is set to 'Dropdown.'

2. If the input is correctly configured as a dropdown but is rendering as a text field on screen, this is a display bug that requires a fix from the Bolt support team.

3. Submit a support ticket with the following details:

- The name of the affected input(s)

- The workflow status (step) where the issue appears

- A screenshot showing the input rendering incorrectly

- The URL of the page where you see the issue

4. The Bolt support team will correct the field rendering so the dropdown displays properly.

This issue does not affect your underlying workflow configuration — your dropdown settings are preserved. Once the fix is applied, the input will render correctly as a dropdown with its configured selection options.
