The font size on my Dynamic File is too large or the text is not aligned properly on the lines. How can I get this fixed?

Font size and field alignment on Dynamic Files are controlled by the PDF Engine configuration and cannot be adjusted directly by agency users. If you notice that text entered into a Dynamic File appears too large, overlaps other content, or does not sit properly on the designated lines, you can request an adjustment by submitting a support ticket to Bolt Healthcare.

To help the Bolt support team resolve the issue quickly, please include the following in your request:

1. The name of the Dynamic File (e.g., the specific application or form).

2. The specific page number(s) where the font size or alignment issue occurs.

3. A screenshot showing the problem, clearly highlighting the affected fields.

4. A link to the caregiver or patient record where you observed the issue (the URL from your browser address bar).

Once submitted, the Bolt support team will adjust the font size and/or field positioning within the PDF Engine so that text displays correctly on the form. These changes are typically applied quickly and will take effect for all future completions of that Dynamic File across your agency.
