Why are employee signatures missing on multiple pages of a Dynamic File application, and what can be done about it?
This was a known issue with the PDF Engine where employee (caregiver) signatures were not populating correctly across multiple pages of Dynamic File applications. The bug caused signatures to fail to appear on various pages even after the caregiver had completed the signing process.
This issue has been identified and resolved by the Bolt HC team. Here is what you should know:
1. For applications signed during the affected period: Signatures that were not captured during the bug window may not be recoverable on those specific submissions. If you have applications from that time with missing signatures, the caregiver may need to re-sign the affected document.
2. For new applications going forward: The signature population issue has been fixed, and employee signatures should now appear correctly on all pages of Dynamic File applications.
3. If you notice missing signatures on a newly signed application today:
- Ask the caregiver to try signing again by re-opening the document.
- Ensure the caregiver is using an up-to-date browser version.
- If the issue persists, contact Bolt HC Support with the caregiver's profile link and the specific page numbers where signatures are missing so the team can investigate.
Tip: After a caregiver completes an application, it is good practice to review the submitted Dynamic File to confirm all signature fields are properly populated before moving the caregiver to the next workflow status.
