How do I reset my password if I've forgotten it?

If you've forgotten your Bolt HC password, you can reset it using the self-service option on the login page:

1. Go to the Bolt HC login page.

2. Click the "Forgot Password" link below the login fields.

3. Enter the email address associated with your Bolt HC account.

4. Check your email inbox for a password reset link (also check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes).

5. Click the reset link in the email and follow the prompts to create a new password.

If you do not receive the reset email or are unable to reset your password using the self-service option, contact your agency's Admin. Admins have the ability to reset passwords for users within their organization.

If your agency Admin is unable to assist, you can reach out to Bolt HC Support for further help.
