What should I do if text is overflowing, cut off, or missing on my Dynamic Files (e.g., a caregiver's last name doesn't fit on the line, or pages appear incomplete with missing information)?

Dynamic Files are PDFs converted into interactive forms via the PDF Engine. When data fields are auto-populated (such as a caregiver's name, address, or other profile information), the text may occasionally overflow or get cut off if the mapped field area on the original PDF is too small to accommodate longer entries. Similarly, certain pages may appear to have missing information if field mappings are not properly aligned or if the data was not entered during the onboarding process.

If you encounter these issues:

1. Text overflowing or not fitting on the designated line: This is typically a formatting/layout issue within the Dynamic File template. The Bolt support team can adjust the font size or field dimensions on the affected Dynamic File so that longer names or data entries fit properly within the designated areas.

2. Missing information on Dynamic File pages: This can occur if the caregiver did not complete all required fields during onboarding, or if the field mappings in the Dynamic File template are not correctly linked to the corresponding data inputs. Verify that the caregiver's profile and onboarding workflow inputs contain the expected data. If the data exists but is not appearing on the document, the Dynamic File's field mapping may need to be corrected.

To request a fix:

- Contact Bolt support and specify which Dynamic File(s) are affected (e.g., the document name such as 'HHA Application,' 'Offer Letter,' or 'Onboarding' packet).

- Describe the specific issue: whether text is overflowing/cut off or whether information is missing from particular pages.

- Include a screenshot if possible to help identify the exact location of the problem.

Bolt support will update the Dynamic File template to resolve the formatting or field mapping issue. Once the fix is applied, newly generated versions of the document will display correctly. Previously generated documents may need to be re-sent or regenerated to reflect the corrections.
